- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger (if using). Reserve half of the marinade for later.
- Marinate shrimp in the remaining mixture in a sealable bag for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and discard the used marinade.
- Cook shrimp until pink on one side (about 45 seconds), then flip and add reserved marinade. Cook until fully done (1-2 more minutes).
- Serve hot with your choice of sides, garnished with green onions if desired.
