  • ½ cup granola (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (diced larger pieces plus smaller pieces for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your muffin pan by lining it with muffin liners or using a silicone baking pan. Add 2 teaspoons of granola to the bottom of each cup.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and diced fresh fruit. Mash slightly with a fork or dough blender, leaving some fruit chunks.
