Ingredients
- 1 ounce package red gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Strawberry)
- 1 ounce package blue gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Berry Blue)
- 1 cup warm water (divided into two 1/2 cups)
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows (divided)
- 4-inch lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Spray an 8.5 x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix red gelatin with 1/2 cup warm water; microwave for 1.5 minutes and stir until dissolved. Add 1.5 cups marshmallows and microwave another minute. Whisk until smooth and let cool before pouring into the baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
- Repeat the process for the blue layer using the remaining gelatin and marshmallows, then pour over the set red layer.
- Once completely firm, cut into strips approximately 3/4 inch wide by 8.5 inches long, roll into pinwheels, insert lollipop sticks, and refrigerate until serving.
