  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to form a batter.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and shake off excess.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry coated florets for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking halfway through.
  6. While cooking, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
