- 6 La Brea Bakery Take & Bake Torta Rolls
- 2 large ripe heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 2 ½ pounds ground beef
- 6 slices American cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard (to taste)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill and lightly oil it.
- Season tomato and onion slices with salt and pepper; set aside.
