- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 3–4 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as needed
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup oil
- Chopped coriander
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened and oil separates.
- Mix in the ground meat and cook until browned.
- Add spices, stir well, and cook for an additional 5–7 minutes.
- Incorporate cubed potatoes and enough water to cover them; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala before serving and garnish with fresh coriander.
