  • 125 grams confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, buttermilk, egg, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until combined.
  4. Gently combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  5. Fill each doughnut mold two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 11 minutes or until they spring back when touched.
