  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg

Instructions

  2. Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

  6. In a small bowl, combine remaining cinnamon and granulated sugar; sprinkle over each muffin.
