  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or Italian-style)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, coat shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
