  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Fold in mashed bananas.

  6. While cooling, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
