Description

Banana Split Fluff Salad is a creamy, dreamy dessert that captures the delightful flavors of a classic banana split in a fluffy, easy-to-make salad.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) Quick-set Banana Pudding Mix
  • 1 can (20 ounces) Crushed Pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) Whipped Topping (thawed)
  • 1 heaping cup Small Marshmallows
  • More than ½ cup Finely Chopped Walnuts
  • Slightly over ¼ cup Tiny Chocolate Bits
  • 2 Fresh Bananas (sliced)
  • 2 jars (10 ounces each) Maraschino Cherries (halved)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the banana pudding mix and crushed pineapple until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula to maintain its airy texture.
  3. Add in marshmallows, most of the walnuts and chocolate bits, banana slices, and halved cherries; mix delicately.
  4. Refrigerate for about 60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, garnish with reserved walnuts and chocolate bits.
