  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss in olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Cook in a preheated skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake on a lined sheet for 10-12 minutes. For air frying: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and air fry for 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the Bang Bang sauce until smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked salmon bites in the sauce before serving.
