- 1 1/3 cups + 2 tablespoons water

- 4 cups + 2 tablespoons bread flour
Instructions
- Prepare the starter by mixing sourdough starter, all-purpose flour, and water in a bowl. Let it rest for about 6 hours until bubbly.
- In a large bowl, combine the prepared starter, active sourdough starter, and water. Stir in flour and salt until no dry flour remains.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for about 4 hours until doubled.
- Shape into a round loaf and let rise again on parchment paper for another hour.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F with your Dutch oven inside for about 30 minutes.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
