Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 8 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water

Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry puree by blending strawberries with coconut water until smooth; sweeten if desired.
- Repeat with blueberries for the blueberry puree.
- In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk and maple syrup until well combined.
- Layer the strawberry puree into popsicle molds (about 1/3 full) and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk layer, freeze for another 10 minutes.
- Top with blueberry puree and insert sticks; freeze overnight or at least 8 hours until solid.
- To serve, dip molds in warm water for easy release.
