- Gradually stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
