- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 7 1/2 cups powdered sugar (sift then measure/weigh)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round pans.
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients; gradually add to wet mixture alternating with sour cream.
