Ingredients
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- Cream cheese frosting ingredients (cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar; let sit until frothy (about 10 minutes).
- Add remaining sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Gradually mix in flour until soft dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface until smooth, then place in a greased bowl to rise for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- Prepare filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough into a rectangle; brush with melted butter and sprinkle filling and blueberries.
- Roll tightly from one end, pinch to seal, and cut into 12 equal pieces. Place in a greased dish to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.
