- ¾ cup peach preserves
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 4 salmon fillets (about 1½ pounds)
- 2 medium peaches, sliced
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Apple cider vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peach preserves, bourbon, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
