  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 3-quart baking dish.
