- 2 Tablespoon cake flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Cream together unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients. Chill dough for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare cinnamon filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cake flour until smooth.
- Scoop chilled dough and create wells for the filling. Roll filling into balls and place inside the wells before sealing with more dough.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes until lightly golden. Cool on baking sheets before glazing.
