- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cake flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk dry ingredients; gradually add to wet mixture while mixing until just combined. Chill dough for one hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing all filling ingredients until smooth.
