- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate (for ganache)
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing or lining it.
- Melt semisweet chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth; let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugars and eggs until blended. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering; pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Once cooled, cut brownies into small squares or rectangles; dip or drizzle with ganache and sprinkle fleur de sel.
