  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 large cauliflower (about 2 pounds)
  • Buffalo sauce for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sea salt. Gradually add water until smooth.
  4. Coat cauliflower florets in the batter and place them on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip each floret and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Brush with buffalo sauce and bake for an additional 12–15 minutes until crispy.
