  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing (or ranch) for garnish

Instructions
