- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce (plus extra for serving)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 egg roll wrappers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well blended.
- Lay one egg roll wrapper flat. Place about ⅓ cup of the filling in the center. Wet the edges with water; fold up the bottom corner over the filling and fold in the sides. Roll tightly to seal.
