- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, corn starch, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet; cook cauliflower until browned and slightly softened. Toss with the spice mixture.
- For the sauce, cook onions in the skillet until translucent. Add garlic, ginger, and tomato paste; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in spices, then add tomato sauce and vegetable broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
