  • 1/4 cup cream soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sour cream followed by sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla extract and butter flavoring.
  5. Fold in butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips until well combined.
  6. Pour filling over crust; smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for approximately 60 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for about an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
