  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3.4 ounces instant butterscotch pudding
  • ¾ cup butterscotch chips (roughly chopped; divided into ½ cup and ¼ cup)
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • Chopped butterscotch chips and cinnamon graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and layer over the crust.
  3. Combine butterscotch pudding mix with whipping cream; stir in chopped butterscotch chips. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with additional butterscotch chips and crumbs.
