  • 2 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 1¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon (zest only)
  • 3 Tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat until frothy.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning (and additional salt if needed); simmer gently for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in lemon zest and parmesan cheese until melted.
