Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into 1" pieces)
- 1/2 pound shrimp (thawed & peeled)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare cream cheese by softening it at room temperature.
- Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente; drain.
- Season chicken and shrimp with garlic powder and Cajun seasoning.
- In a deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; cook shrimp for about 3 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked, then transfer to the plate with shrimp.
