- 3 chicken breasts (cut into small strips)
- 1 cup orzo pasta

- 1 large onion (finely diced)

Instructions
- In a bowl, season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning and salt. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and tomato paste to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
