  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  3. Sear steak bites in batches for 4 minutes total (2 minutes per side), then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low and melt butter; add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Return seared steak bites to the skillet and toss with garlic butter sauce before serving.
