- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- ¾ cup granulated sugar

- 8 oz cream cheese (cold)
- 8 Tbsp butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- For the frosting, beat cream cheese until smooth; add butter gradually and mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Unroll the cooled cake gently, spread frosting over it (leave an edge), then re-roll tightly and chill for at least an hour before slicing.
