Instructions

  3. Remove beef mixture from skillet. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté remaining garlic for one minute, then whisk in flour. Gradually add milk while stirring to avoid lumps until thickened.
  4. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted. Add pasta and beef mixture; toss to combine.
