- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk (2% recommended)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spread diced potatoes evenly in a greased 9×13 casserole dish.
- Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
