  • 4 cups spring mix greens
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vinaigrette by combining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl or mason jar. Whisk or shake until well combined.
