  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 23 chili peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • ½ cup chicken stock

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt and korma paste made from blended cashews, garlic, ginger, and spices. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Sauté onions and chili peppers in olive oil until softened.
