Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced)
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • A bag of coleslaw
  • Sweet chili sauce for drizzling
  • Sesame seeds and chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: Combine sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Prepare wonton shells: Preheat oven to 375°F. Shape wonton wrappers in a muffin tin to form taco shells and bake for 7-9 minutes until golden.
  3. Cook chicken: In a large pan over medium heat, sauté marinated chicken until fully cooked.
  4. Make slaw: Mix coleslaw with green onions. Whisk together remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey; pour over slaw mixture and toss well.
