  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Asian salad dressing (see recipe)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Slivered almonds
  • Crispy wonton strips for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with half of the Asian dressing and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Add romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl. Toss until well mixed.
  3. Pour remaining dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, slivered almonds, and crispy wonton strips before serving.
