Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with half of the Asian dressing and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Add romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl. Toss until well mixed.
- Pour remaining dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat.
