- 1 cup unsalted butter (for frosting)
- 4 oz cream cheese (for frosting)
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (for frosting)
- 3 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Incorporate milk, sour cream, and pumpkin puree until smooth.
