Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Spray a 9×13-inch pan with non-stick spray; sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture at the bottom.
  5. Unroll one can of dough, press seams together, and place it in the pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on top.
  6. Repeat with the second can of dough and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top.
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown; let cool before cutting into bars.
