Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
- Spray a 9×13-inch pan with non-stick spray; sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture at the bottom.
- Unroll one can of dough, press seams together, and place it in the pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on top.
- Repeat with the second can of dough and sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown; let cool before cutting into bars.
