Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (24cm/10-inch square), thawed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture over the thawed puff pastry; use a rolling pin to press it into the dough.
- Flip the pastry and sprinkle with another 2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar; roll again.
- Fold each long edge towards the center and then fold both edges together; sprinkle with remaining sugar.
- Chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut into 1cm strips, dip edges in remaining cinnamon sugar, and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for approximately 14 minutes until golden brown; flip and bake for another 4 minutes.
