- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add milk, oil, vanilla extract, and egg; mix until smooth. Stir in hot water gradually.
