Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 ounces ground pork sausage
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 package (12-count) King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • Cowboy butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a baking dish.
  2. Split the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Pour melted cowboy butter over the rolls.
  4. Layer scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on and brush with more cowboy butter.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm by slicing into individual sliders.
