  • 15.25 oz. whole kernel sweet corn (drained)
  • 1 small red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (minced)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
  • ¾ cup diced red onion
  • 2 avocados (diced)
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, honey, and chili powder.
