  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in bananas and yogurt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Layer half the batter in the pan, spread the cream cheese mixture on top, sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mix over it, then add the remaining batter and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
  6. Swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
