  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 10 oz penne pasta
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 small tomatoes, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown; remove and chop.
  3. Prepare the sauce by sautéing garlic in butter, then add tomatoes, spinach, and spices.
