Ingredients
- 2 servings Udon Noodles
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ½ medium Onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 4 Shiitake Mushrooms
- ⅓ cup Water
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp White Miso Paste
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- ¾ cup Milk
- 90 g Beef Brisket
- 2 Poached Eggs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil udon noodles according to package instructions. Strain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and shiitake mushrooms until fragrant.
- Add water and soy sauce; stir well.
- Turn off heat, strain the mixture into a bowl to remove solids, then return the liquid to the pot. Stir in miso paste until dissolved.
- Add heavy cream and milk, warming gently before adding beef brisket. Cook until brisket is done; remove from heat.
