Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken thighs with seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- In an oven-proof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped garlic and sauté briefly before whisking in flour to create a roux.
- Gradually add chicken broth while stirring, followed by heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.
