- ½ medium red onion, minced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- ½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
- 3 tablespoons Italian vinaigrette dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 + 1/4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon white sugar
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Italian dressing, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
